Rup Bala Memorial ANM Training Centre (run under Swastik Kalyan Kendra, Patna – 14 registered under societies registration act 1860), the College was started with the objective of imparting high quality education to students, so that they have in-depth practical knowledge and develop skills.

The College is nationally recognized as a centre of excellence for education and research. The mission of the College is to take Rup Bala Memorial ANM Training Centre to newer heights! The College has set a goal for itself to excel in nursing care in the field Education and in service through Research.
