Rup Bala Memorial ANM Training Centre(run under Swastik Kalyan Kendra, Patna – 14 registered under societies registration act 1860), the College was started with the objective of imparting high quality education to students, so that they have in-depth practical knowledge and develop skills.

The College has set a goal for itself to excel in nursing care in the field Education and in service through Research.
It does so by preparing and enlightening the students of this Course with quality education which is at par with the best standards in the country. After the completion of the Course they can provide comprehensive nursing care and assume responsibilities as specialists, consultants, educators and administrators and become future leaders in the health care sector.
